Our 90 day warranty against defects, return
policies, and return procedures.
All products that come to you from McVan’s Video Games come with a 90-Day Warranty.
The warranty covers any and/or all defective items sent to you from McVan’s starting
on the day your order is placed. If an item you've received from us does not work
properly within 90-Days from order date then we will replace it with the same item
after we have tested out the product ourselves. We will not cover any personal misuse
or any form of moding.
What to do if you have a defective item? Do not send it back right away. Email us
at customerservice@mcvans.com. McVan’s will only reimburse postage if it is defective
and the item was shipped through UPS ground, or follow the instructions from our
customer service representative.

If you wish to return an item for a refund OR credit the
item must be NEW and unopened (Must have McVan’s Seal and/or shrink-wrap un-tampered).
Used items are not returnable for credit or refund, only replaced with the same
