Where
did your web store go?
A:
Due to IE8 changing they way things
are scripted we need to redo our website e-commerce
function. It was brought to our attention that you
could no longer place an order unless you had an older
browser. While we are working on this problem we have
decided to link you to our Ebay store. This decision
has allowed us to place more one of a kind, rare titles, and
other odds and ends that a lot of people have been excited
to see. So check it out and we will keep adding to it
over the next months. If you still want to place a
mail order please feel free to call us at 260-493-7102 and
we will be able to assist you.

Do you
ship outside the United States?
A:
We do not ship outside the United
States.
Q:
Do you buy
video games?
A:
Our
retail stores do purchase used games and systems. We do not
purchase anything thru or online/mail order store.
Q:
Can
you give me a tracking number for my order?
A:
If you have placed an order
thru our Ebay store and chosen UPS as your shipping method
we will be able to send you a tracking number. If you
choose the USPS for shipping they do not offer tracking
numbers.
Q:
Are
your items that say "new" actually new?
A:
As far as we know and
can tell they are new. We do not open and re-shrink any
items like some other stores. We welcome you to email
us for more information or pictures of the items you are
requesting. We will answer them as soon as possible.
